We work our hardest to provide you with the best experience possible.

 Due to the product we offer, we cannot exchange or refund our products for any reason other than a damaged or defective item on delivery. Your item must be unopened and not used. These unused products can be returned within seven days of receiving your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund, or when your claim is accepted, you can elect we send another at no additional shipping cost to you. 

You must send back the item you are claiming to return. Once your package is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process, if approved. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact support at support@siestag.com, and we will work with you.

To start an exchange for a damaged or defective product, contact us at support@siestag.com or start filling out the return form below. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be disposed of.

*Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*All items placed in the same order are shipped together.

Estimated production time on all Pre-Orders is SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Please DO NOT contact us on the status of your pre-order before the estimated production time listed above.

You will receive USPS tracking via email once your pre-order items have shipped. DO NOT place a pre-order if you need an item by a designated date, and we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your specified date.

Refunds (if applicable) SIESTA G is not responsible for boxes which are left in apartment building mail rooms, stolen packages, or packages which are otherwise not received after delivery. Contact the carrier with shipping info and place a claim. All packages are insured.
